Northbridge

This project consisted of additions and alterations to an existing period home. The design was unique as it manages to seamlessly blend modern materials and finishes with the original period finishes.

The dwelling had been through some renovations over the years that mainly destroyed its original character. Part of our brief was to restore the areas to the original intent including the sandstone footings, front entry porch area and windows.

An underground wine cellar was designed and installed in addition to the works with its own climate control. The use of recycled timber throughout the rear deck highlights the grand stature of the property.

Other features included in the construction were: An in-ground pool, vehicle turntable for ease of access into and out of garage, motorised timber blinds and skylights, recycled Iron Bark timber floors, curved glass shower screen, underfloor heating and cooling amongst many other unique features and inclusions.
