Paddington

An inner city terrace that was renovated and extended to suit the modern day life style. The rear yard was totally revamped and the terrace was extended to house a new lounge and dining facilities to the rear.

Other improvements include and a new bathroom and ensuite to the middle level, dormer window and a covered garage.

The challenge was to demolish the ground floor solid walls whilst maintaining the upper levels. Steel beams were inserted to accommodate for the open style plan. The front verandah was also repaired and restored to mimic the original.
